Stupid Mistake
So tonight i was being extremely stupid and decided to try to go up a hill with a curb at the top and i ended up high centered. So i backed it down and noticed that my transmission crossmember was bent to hell. I was just wondering where i can get a replacement and how hard is it to replace. Its a 99 quad cab 318 auto RWD.
not to hard to replace....try ebay, lmc, or stealership. It's 8 bolts, 4 on each side, 2 for the tranny mount, get a porter power and spread the frame apart, beat it out, beat the new one in and bolt back up...you can do it without the porter power, but it requires a huge hammer and lots of swinging....earplugs are required

I would try to make my own but i dont know anything a bout metal fabrication, i would just smash the one i have into peices and try to make it work, and the junkyard wanted 100 for one and i got one brand new for 107 online

Thats what I would do
