burning oil?

Default burning oil?

Ok lately i noticed that every 1 to 2 weeks i have to dump 2 quarts in my rig..now i noticed it wasnt leaking anywhere..so i know i am burning oil..now my friend said my rings are done..but i dont want to jump to that far of a conclusion..so can there be any other reasons?

pluem leaking, take air intake off look inside throdle bodyand look for pooling oil, you may half to use a light and a little dental mirror to see the corners if there is oil there your plume is leaking and thats where some of your oil is going
