HS 1.7, TB, PCM etc

Im gathering parts for a day of engine work on my Ram. Im going to be installing HS 1.7 RRs, a fastman 50mm TB, and I'm thinking about replacing my PCM with this one

Will I need to have this PCM flashed for my VIN or is it a straight drop in replacement?
