Default Idle air control issues again

I went on a 400 mi round trip for the 4th. When i got to my destination(170mi) i let it sit overnight and went to start up the next day and it started and almost died in the same breath. code threw and said idle system malfunction. I went to a napa and replaced my idle air control that i replaced about 7 months ago (but with a borg warner part) Im just wondering if its a common problem to kill idle airs in this truck after driving on the highway for 3 hours at about 2500-3000, or if its just another crappy pepboys part.

I've had better luck with Standard for run of the mill stuff. A couple of months ago I had to get towed because a borg warner oil sender decided to blow its top. Literally
