Well the frying pan size puddle under my passenger side wheel in my garage I'm sure was clear. It looked just like brake fluid which worried me at first till i noticed it was dry everywhere above the axle. and when I pulled my finger out of the whole last night I had a glob of clear, fluid on there. I'm pretty sure it is clear, but now i'm curious so I'll probably go check again.

hmm ive seen kind of a yellowy-brownish colour gear oil but not clear, if it is clear it wouldent have been changed that long ago ither. wonder if they changed the fluid just before you bought it and if so i wonder why...
