Dealer?Shop programming PCM prices?
Anybody paid to have their PCM programmed lately? pricey? I'll probably end up buying a Hypertech programmer, but if a dealer or shop can do a fair price it may be worth it.
For a good performance programming, expect to pay $350-$450 depending on what you get. And you won't get it from a dealer. True, that is more expensive then a Hypertech, but the extra is well worth it if performnance is what your after. If you value the other features of the Hypertech (like tire size adjustment, rev limit, etc...), then you might want to stay with the Hypertech, but it can't compare performance wise with a good performance flash.
