ok ive been working on my backup lights for a cupple weeks now and now i have my tranny apart, ill have a new right switch tuseday (hopefully its right this time) but i dont see how its going to help, i have the pan off (going to change filter, oil, adjust bands as well) but looking at the lever thats suspose to depress the switch i dont see how it can work, its almost like it needs a bump or something on the lever to push the button because the way it is now it will never push it but all my books dont show any bump or anything on there, can anyone help me out has anyone looked in there tranny when it was apart to see? any help would be great

here is a pic of what im talking about

well if your backup lights arnt woking you can test the switch, just go under there, unplug it and put it in reverce and tet with a multimeter for continuaty between the 2 outside termanals if there isent then the switch is bad (or like mine and just funky)
