my HERCULINER install with pics !!
I had a plastic bed liner on the truck so today i decided to give herculiner a try which you brush on took about 6 hours with the 1-2 cure time and recoat again , i got this at autozone for 89.00 then i had to go back to autozone to get the half gallons , 1 galon on the 6 foot bed is not enough so here are the before and after pics which turn out pretty nice..Now my next question is should i do my bed rails ? thoughts on this...plus ill be putting back on my tonnueo cover back on if this makes any difference....

its not thick at all , gotta be careful not to use the roller to fast cause it will spray . what u see in the pic is 3 coats on it , i want it to last for a long time.. Maybe down the road i mite do the under the truck body and frame .... Now what about the rails should i paint them to ?
looks good. i would do the top rails - just because i'm always banging them when putting stuff in and out.

Looks great.. I agree do the top rails to protect em' I have some light rusting on mine's body so I'm thinking of sanding it off and painting the lower half in rhinoliner to protect it there too..

Man, that looks very good. I have a plastic one too but if this isn't too hard to do I may look into it some time. You may as well do the bedrails; it'll probably look really good and protect them.
great job man, i painted the bottom of my truck like below my chrome strips and below door with herculiner andi painted my rollpan with it too lol.. all with 1 qt. and yeah id paint the rails. if anyone is going to do this.. WEAR GLOVES. this stuff is very hard to get off when dried.
