Recently my instrument cluster went dead along with the radio controls on the steering wheel. The odometer says no bus and the overhead display says CCD. I have done some research and it all pointed to a possible faulty ECM.

Does that sound right, and is this something that the backyard machanic fix or does this need to go the the dealership to resolve?

Any idea of what this would cost to have fixed?
