Default HELP

whats up guys, im new here an enjoying the site so far, alot of nice ride on here. Anyway, I have a question and I hope someone can help me. I have a 1998 Ram all custom built from the ground up, it now has a ford 9 inch rear end under it. Because of this I cannot hook up the speed sensor back there, so I of course have a CEL on for it and my speedometer and odometer do not work at all. I need to know if there is any way to make this work without the original rear end under the truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, im pretty desperate here. Thanks in advance.

try here. http://www.egauges.com

they have gps based, mech, elec, gauges and sending units, etc. if it can be done, it looks like they would know how.
other articles mentioned mounting a magnetic sensor on the drive shaft, wheel, etc.
