i custom made these u bolts for my truck and made them to remove the bracket on the bottom that kills ground clearness. ** please note that the plate on the top is just temorary so i could move my truck out of the garage without the rear falling out. there 3/4 inch lol, i think i over killed it alittle



incase anyone was wondering the stock u bolts are 5/8's

i dunno got any 1" laying around, maby 2 per side....yah i dont see them going anywhere

so if the truck is out of the garage duz that mean its got a new moter in it?

Nice! You can get good springplates at www.bluetorchfab.com thats where I'm gonna get mine from. They're not to bad of a price I don't think.

Better to over do it then to put some weak part on. Whenever I have something break, I almost never replace it with an OEM part. I always upgrade.

I wouldnt call it overkill. I think thats what it should have stock, plus it doesnt hurt to have beefy u-bolts when you stack blocks.

hey isent the block with the bumb stop rest on it suspose to be on top of the other block?

no, the axle perches are actually concave insted of flat. and the bottom of the block is convex

really, ill half to look at mine but im pritty sure they went the other way, or im having a dumb moment ya ill check tomorow
