Default Air condition

I want to thank the two guy's that offered thier help. Thanks, O.k. from my last post I'm still having problems with no air going uphill and no air going down and regaining aironly after enough presure builds up.. I have checked the check valve and sprayed WD-40 in the lines and also tried to find a valve under the battery ( do not know what it looks like ). I own a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4. Anybody have any other suggestions.[&o]

You have a vacuum leak somewhere in the system. Do a search for "vacuum leak". Lots of people have posted where they found their leaks each time they had this problem. Check each one out on your own truck and maybe you'll get lucky and find the leeak. They can be tricky. Good luck.

The leak could also be behind the dash. How did you check the valve?
