I just used it yesterday on my Indy Ram, stuff works wonders. I actually take the spark plugs out and drop a little more than a tea spoon in each cylinder and then 2 tea spoons in the throttle body and the rest in the gas tank and it cleans the whole damn system.

i ran it in my truck not that long ago, i put it in the vaccume line to the throttle body so i sucked it in, do it slowly or the motor will stall. i also put it in my oil, change the oil not filter, dump in run it for like 30 min, drain oil change filter and oil, it actually helped bring my oil pressure up a bit used to sit lower now its up, as far as the injectors, didnt notice much difference but i suppose that wouldnt be like a night and day thing.
