TB Sucking - Engine Stalls
98 Dodge Ram 360 - New Coil,Wires,Fuel Pump,Kat : 250,000miles.
Engine Stalls: I took air cleaner off off, TB makes a heck of a sucking noise, rpm drops to 500 and regains normal 1000 rpm. Sometimes stalls. Could be at 3000 rpm on the highway and engine loses power with no warning. Stalls on surface streets. Give it a couple seconds and it may recover as long as you dont push on the gas. I'm not real sure what it is. Got worse after I emptied 2 cans of carb cleaner through the TB. Any Advice?

Replaced the IAC, cleaned the throttlebody. Same problem.
The fuel pump shuts off intermittantly. You can hear it prime and run, then you can hear it stop - the engine sputters (obviously) and then it turns back on. When it doesnt, the engine stalls.
What could cause the fuel pump to shut off?
