Can just the Lense of a Headlight be removed for cleaning ?

Can just the Lense of a Headlight be removed for cleaning ?
I bought this 1997 Ram 3500 , and both headlight lenses look discolored or 'foggy looking' on the inside ; has anyone tried prying the lense off of the Headlights ? If no...then how much are new Headlights and where is the best place to get them ??
