P0113 (M) Intake Air Temp Sensor Voltage High Intake air (charge) temperature sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage.
P0123 (M) Throttle Position Sensor Voltage High Throttle position sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage.
is the best route to replace them ?
because i intend to do that tonight and what does it mean the voltage is too high is there a part that keeps these from recieving too much voltage ?
i only know basic stuff and i am trying not to be a backyard mechanic who gets in over his head.
should replacing these get rid of the surging and dying when it gets too operating tempature ?

NO! Do not just go around replacing things. They are at high voltage because they are trying to over correct for something else. You need to find the underlying cause 1st. Unfortunately, not enough info here and without a scan tool and software, you'd just be shooting in the dark and probably over spending the solution. If you don't have the tools or experience, then take it to someone who does.
Sorry to sound harsh, but this just might save you $$ in the end.

well i changed the tps before i came back and read this
it runs better until it reachs op. temp. 185 - 200 degrees then it dies when i stop and it has to idle
but it has stopped surging and the codes i have got latley are as follows

june 27,2007
P0113 (M) Intake Air Temp Sensor Voltage High Intake air (charge) temperature sensor input above the
maximum acceptable voltage.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this code showed up on July 2, 2007
P0455 (M) Evap Leak Monitor Large Leak
Detected
A large leak has been detected in the evaporative system.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
july 25,2007
P0113 (M) Intake Air Temp Sensor Voltage High Intake air (charge) temperature sensor input above the
maximum acceptable voltage.
P0123 (M) Throttle Position Sensor Voltage High Throttle position sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage.

the only things i have replaced are
CAP and ROTOR, IAC, TPS, i was going to replace the Air Charge Temp Sensor.
that part wont be in till friday.

i will have to have a my friends buddy look at it he's an ASE certified mechanic
also for the sounding harsh bit

i already know i am not a mechanic and thats why i am here asking for help
so dont worry about sounding harsh
if it will make the truck run like it should and save me money too
then it is helpful info.

thanks Wayne

OK, the evap. info is good. A large leak in the evap. system is the same as a vacuum leak anywhere. It will give a crappy idle or kill the engine if bad enough or in the wrong line. You MUST find that leak! Prime places to look are on top of the evap. canister and the line going back to the engine. But, check the WHOLE system; front to back.

i have noticed that when i mess with the air/heater it only blows out of the vents in the front of the dash
and it doesn't matter where i turn the selector *** it always blows out of the vents in the front of the dash

i can put it on the floor and it never changes or defrost and it doesn't change .
where should i look to make sure these lines aren't cracked or loose ?
