Default Green smoke from vents, no air now!

I have a 2001 ram 5.9 quad cab., US Built, 4x4. Auto, p/w, p/b, p/s, a/c.
Ok this happened to me. I went turn on the a/c, anda cloud of greenish smoke puffed out of the vents, and no more a/c. What could this be from? It gets warm in the midwest. How hard will this repair be? Condenser?
Thanks
