Default Coolant flush???

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 w/ 318.

Going to flush the coolant system, my question is , if I take out the drain plugs on the block is there a recommendation for using any block sealant, I know GM has some tablets they recommend. Any thing to put on the plugs when reinstalling them?? Don't have a service manual, thought I 'd ask the experts..TIA

Put some teflon (sp?) tape on the plug before you reinstall the plug. As far as a block sealant, im not to sure. Gonna have to wait for someone else for that.
