I'm getting ready to redo the exhaust on my 01 Ram with the 360. I'm going to do another single in dual out muffler and just wondering what size pipe I should run coming out from the muffler?

 

Well it is mainly up to you. Depending of what exhaust your replacing with.... I was ready this morning to put on my new exhaust had the torque converter / trans didn't fail last night on the way home. Anyway back to the point. I went with a kit from flowmaster which is 2.5" out while you could go with a kit from summit that goes with 2.25" out. From the concensus I gather from this forum, 2.25" out keeps the low end torque. It is up to you as some notice no difference.
