Default Dent removal

Hello guys.
Have any of you tried the thing they sell on tv (Pops A Dent) to pull dents. i have a few small dents with out any creases and was wondering if this might work... of if you have any other ideas?

one way is to take dry ice and place it on the dent.(on a good hot day)..let the metal frost up real good slightly beyond the dent...then remove and watch the dent come out
I tried this once on my bikes tank and it didn't work (I think maybe the gauge metal was a little too big) I put a dent in the roof....yes I said roof lol of my wifes Neon and plan on trying it on there good luck

NO POPS A DENT- ALL I ENDED UP WITH WAS A REVERSED DENT, AND A TON OF GLUE STUCK TO THE DOOR!!

Depending on where the dents at I'd just take the reverse side apart and smack it from the inside with a rubber mallet. works like a charm.
