Mopar Rust Penetrant
MS-3613
Part Number 04318039AB

is also very good for getting bolts loose.

This official spray can from Chrysler seems to have little
particles of graphite along with the penetrating fluid.

As far as PB, I'm hip, start yesterday. My exhaust will be here Wednesday and I started soaking yesterday.

I sure agree with shott8283 on the eye protection,
especially if it is comfortable
so that you tend to wear it.

The Sears Tools section has some safety glasses
with small LED lights built in that can be handy
underneath a vehicle

Clear Gargoyles along with a Petz LED headlamp are also good.

I usually apply PBlaster and wait a while before hitting the affected part with some heat. After a few moments of that, I spray it again with PBlaster. The oil from the PBlaster will cool it and even penetrate a bit better. Heat it again, and then try to remove the affected bolt.

Before reassembly, I coat the threads with anti-sieze.
