Default Miles age on legal document?

Hello,

I would like to buy a Ram her in Belgium a Ram imported from States. Each car than i saw has run about 10-12.000 miles / years. So For a car of 2000 i usually see +-50.000miles on the indicator. As i have a doubt, does a legal document from States mention the miles age? If the seller accept to show it....

Default RE: Miles age on legal document?

The vehicle's title has to have the mileage at the time of sale and is considered a legal document in the US.
It is unlawful to knowingly alter the vehicle's mileage and the title should have the mileage as sold new and the mileage at the time of resale.
