Welcome to DF...
Your IAC motor is bad or needs cleaning... YANK off the TB (no shortcuts) and pull off the IAC off the back of the TB and clean it & the TB real good. while it's off, look down into the intake with a flashlight & mirror and look for oil pooling on the bottom of the intake. Any oil pooling on the bottom is a sign of a blown plenum gasket. you will see a light oil film on the sides, that is normal.
now, when can we see pics?

Might just need a fluid flush/change. I've had this happen on another vehicle where the fluid was "worn out" and it would stall. Flushed and refilled (filt, etc.) and never stalled again.
OK, it was a FORD with the crappy torque converter! haha
