Default Running Rough

I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Sport with a 318 Engine (78,200 Miles) and an Automatic transmission that has just been rebuilt (<1000 Miles).

Here are some problems I'm having with the truck:

When Idling, the truck will not stay consistent with idle RPM. It will waver +/- ~100-200 RPM at random. I know it's common for 2nd Gen Rams to have a rough idle--but I'm getting ready to trade the truck to a private party (happens to be ASE certified, so I'm trying to fix everything possible) and I want to say with confidence that it is either normal or something to look at.

When running at about 50 MPH, if I maintain speed by lightly letting off the gas and re-engaging it slightly, the truck will buck (about 2-3 quick jolts). If I find the sweet spot, the truck will do it each time--it feels like a rough shift, but there is no variance in RPMs.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also, recent maintenence: Replaced plugs and wires with a tune-up...I thought this would fix the issue as I thought it was a misfire.
