Default is it possible to rebuild a pcm?

96 dodge ram 1500 4 wheel 5`9 it was never runnin right replaced idle air control valve, egr valve, throttle position sensor< then finally took it to some one with a obd2 to do the diagnostic he says it a bad pcm the connections are loose . is it possible to sodder the connections back together realictcally or is it one of those things that has t be done by some computer autimated assembley line just so i can get to work tomarrow till the new one comes in next weeek?

I'm not sure if I could succinctly say it's worth trying, you don't want to them have the ECU mess up other sensors.
