Could the 94-01 trucks be ordered with electronic 4WD engagement like the ***** on the Fords of the buttons on the GMs, or were all 4WD Rams equipped with the manual 4WD lever?

Could the 94-01 trucks be ordered with a rear defrost window?

I love my heated mirrors, but I wouldn't trade my slider for the heated window.

 

I've never seen one with a heated rear window. Also, I don't know about the '00 and '01 trucks but I'd imagine they are the same as the older ones in which case the answer to your question is no. They didn't come that way. They are all manual shift of the transfer case and vacuum actuator to engage the front axle.
