i had (well, still have, i'm just living with it) a misfire issue with mine (95 4x4 3500 c/c 60k kms) it's been narrowed down to injectors (local stealership wants $8k for 'em) but i haven't done them yet because it's not killing me and i don't want to replace them with stock injectors if i can get RC Engineering or Precision injectors for about $60-80/ea rather than $800/ea lol

anyways, that's something to look in to if the problem presists. aparently it's quite common for the injectors to fail on the v10's
