Default Need quick help (hopefully real quick)

I am towing my jeep to kingston tomorrow morning, and all of the lights on the trailer are working properly EXCEPT the parking/running lights. I have noticed this before on 2 other trailers, but at first I just put it off as a bad 7pin to 4pin adapter... but this trailer is 7pin, and its still not working. The pins on the factory plug are all tight, and the ground appears fine... and like I said, all other lights work great (brake, right turn, left turn). Both fuses labeled parking lights are fine (1 under hood, 1 on side of dash... 15 amps). Please help me... I really dont feel safe towing w/out lights... and my quick fix of jumping the brake wire to the parking light wire isnt the best solution.
Thanks
Kenny

if you have a volt meter, you can check the connector off the truck to the trailer to see which one is the running lights, then make any corrections to get it to work right. I have an adapter for mine that I've used several times w/o any problems. bought it at UHaul... might be worth a look.
