Brake and suspension questions

I recently got 22" rims on my truck, and i cant stop at all. Is there any cheap brake upgrades out there that i can do? I also want to lower it or but airbags on it what do guys think is better?

get rear wheel cylinders for a 96 chevy one ton dually and some braided steel brake lines. just did this for around 120 dollars. well worth it in D.C. traffic.
