Well the Regency truck i usually outrun just did something to his truck to make it faster. He outrunsa person that runsby 1 1/2 truck lengths. So im calling him out in 1 month. So heres the deal by 1 month i will have $650.00 treat it like your money but keep the install stuff simple..

my ideas
1. Underdrive pulleys
2. Electric fans
3. Programmer or Reflash
4. Roller Rockers
5. Intake Manifold (any1 got 1 for sale?)

 

is there a way you can save a little more or have someone install them for cheap but a set of 4:10 gears is going to be your best bet in betting him. All of the things you listed won't had very much on your quarter mile...no where near new gears....if anything get the manifold, and a used programmer, but you probably will lose with stock gearing....

 

Take your heads off the get the dremel out You'll get tons of power from that

 

lose the 285 and get a smaller tire. truck working hard turning those. Try to get a cheap (maybe even used) set just for racing.
