Negative Effects With This Lift....
So I ordered a cheap lift from Top Gun Customz that just consists of 3" spacers and new shocks for the front. As for the back its a 1.5" lift block and all the necessary hardware. That is all the lift consists of. I was wondering what kind of problems I will be facing with this lift since it does not have all the other things the normal 3" lift has like new control arms, sway bar drop brackets, track bar drop brackets and so fourth.
i have a lift kit like that in my truck and it seems to be ok, but im scruffing the passenger front tire off, but thats other issues I think, but i wouldnt go rock crawling or anything thats gonna be hard on the suspension.
there isn't anything wrong with the lift. You should get it aligned after the install, but your stock suspension will handle a 3" lift with the things they supply. Go any bigger and your system will go out of geometry. The only problem is your going to be double stacking blocks, but it's not a big deal as long as you make sure you double check your u bolts every so often

Put it on......
The replacement arms are stronger, but what you have should hold up if you aren't beating it up in the woods. The blocks will be alright, just make sure the pinlocks into the other block so they lock together. The other parts are not needed with 3"
It may not be expensive or rock ready parts, but once you wear these tires out you will be getting a larger lift so you won't feel bad about pulling the cheaper one off.
If you want the rear to carry more weight get an add-a-leaf. Short ones are stiffer and longer ones will be smoother.
