Default Tranny gone but not totally foregotten.

Hello everyone, the problem is my transmission is making a grinding noise then sliped out gear while driving. I know this means it's toast, but, Is there a way it can be rebuilt, economical, and make it strong as before?

if ur gonna spend the money to have it rebuilt, might as well get a new one thats twice as strong. search on here for dr.evil or bullit proof trannys. those are 2 kick *** trannys that wont go out on you like the stock ones do.
also the fast man has trannys built for in expensive. hes beein workin on dodge's forever. www.thefastman.com

hope this helps!

I just had mine rebuilt locally and was all beefed up with higher quality parts and works great. only cost $1400.00. I also did a lot of research online and there are alot of rebuilt ones out there, but found that it was cheaper to have it rebuilt locally and the guy that did had worked a the dodge dealer for years and new all of the problems to look for and how to fix them. Good luck Nick
