well got the word from the shop today..looks like i am getting new heads..they went through 3 sets of junkyard heads and all of them are cracked...now i am looking into buying a set of these

its nothin special...but do you know if this will bolt up to my 5.9 block? it says for magnum blocks but i just want to make sure..thanks

it is for a pair of heads but no valve springs... you'll have to get those as well...

your best bet is to get the 1.92's IMO... the 2.02's are better suited for upper rpms...

yea those were the wrong heads..i changed the link..but do you know where i can get the the valve spring kit for these heads ( the one i think was mentioned)

well i found the spring kit...but their are 2 different ones..now i was reading on the heads and they say pick the spring kit according to yours cam's springs..now i have a stock cam..so which kit would i buy? ( they are in the related parts on the bottom of the page in the link i left last) thanks

just get the stock springs and you'll be good to go. with your truck being a 4x4 you want all the low end torque you can get, going big on the heads will help the top end power which would be overkill for your truck IMO.

check them out here... http://www.mopartsracing.com/parts/ram.html and make sure you get the right springs for your heads... should be the same for the OEM heads, but call to verify.

what would actualy happen if i get a spring kit that wasnt OE? would it be anything major that could mess up? sorry for all the questions..just want to make sure i know everything before i purchase the heads..thanks alot..appreciate the answers btw
