No warning lights for Park Brake and ABS
Park Brake and ABS lights stay ON when Parkbrake is released. This being intermittent, when I arrived at the dealer everything was normal and they told me to come back. Dealer is too far. Chose a new dealer nearby.
To2nd dealer - Found ABS wire damaged. Check fault codes. ABS sensor (05-005-005) and brake light switch replaced."Parking brake and ABS warning lights NOT ON anymore they wrote", but returning home, it started again, same scenario. While driving, the 2 warning lights came ON for a while.
Back to the dealer and I allowed the mechanic to use the truck over the weekend. When I picked up the truck I noticed something I never encountered before and returned to the dealer once more because ::
- With engine running or NO, handbrake released or NO:- Warning lights on Park Brake and ABS do NOT come ON at all. Always OFF. Can a fault of this type just appear whithout changing anything?
I was able tospeak to the mechanic and my only question was: Did you made any change? He said NO. The mechanic had the use of the truck for 3 days .
The conversation with the dealer ended by: "Your truck is old" If somebody is old, it's me and this is my last truck. Could not even sell it if I wanted. I already paid quite a bit
There must be somebody whocan help me, please.. Brian
