Default Runs a little rough after sitting

Well with gas prices the way they are i have a little beater to go back and fourth to work in so i let my tuck sit for a week or two weeks between driving it and avery time it runs a lil rough after sitting i no it needs a tune up bad im doing plugs wires cap rotor air cleaner pcv valve oil change ect you think this will fix the problem or could it be a fuel prob cause after you hitt the gas a few times she starts running smooth again and when i use it daily she runs great any ideas

mine does that at first start once in a while and its my DD. If it sits for a couple days it will do that. I've done all the tune up stuffminus the pvc valveso i doubt it will fix the problem.

Could be a leaky injector.
Sometime one or more injectors will leak down while sitting and flood the engine causing hard starts. It doesn't take much fuel to cause hard starts or rough runs.

Easy way to check is remove injector rail from intake but keep the injectors connected to rail.
cycle the key a few times to pressurize the fuel system. (don't crank the engine!)

Wait 1/2 an hour and see if any of the injector tips are wet. any wet injectors should be replaced.
