lol it is here in PA too. Pretty sure it's considered poaching anywhere if it's at night. But the way deer are around here I don't even think the game wardens care. You could kill ever deer you see and there'd still be too many.

Anyway I'm not sure if that's as bad as the time I came home and caught one in my garden... lured him in the basement and shot him lol. What a mess, but convienently close to the freezer

 

i call it crop damage , all tho the other day i was standing on my deck and seen 2 doe and a buck at the apple tree and they look good.. eat up ill soon be out...and its only illegal if you get caught...

Me and my room mater were feeding it crap.We're in the suburbs and the deer here aren't even afraid of people anymore (hence the problem). You could probably keep them for pets of you put a food dish out.
Also causes problems with traffic because they don't move for cars anymore. Sit there and drill your horn as much as you like. It's out of hand lol.

thats fantastic.... and no its not legal in ohio either lol but when i drive down my street and see at least 6 deer a day i dont think one will be missed
