my trucks going to the body shop this week to get all the dings dents and scratches and rust repaired, along with a new front bumper, sense im getting all this new shiny stuff i wanna replace the grill inserts with something nice. What and is there any difference in the sport and non sport grill inserts?

 

painted body color is sport, painted silver is non-sport

 

im searching around ebay and im looking at just replacement grille inserts not the entire grill itself, and some inserts are saying Non sport only and i see no dif in them

 

sport grills have a larger opening in the grills then non sports in the 99-2001 models.

 

What year is yours. Grills before 98 or 99 (the ones that look like mine) are just the same as normal grills but painted. After 99 or whatever they're a little bit deeper. sportier looking. There is a difference but it's pretty minimal.
