Default electrical problems

We have a '95 2500 diesel manual trans A/C. Got in it the other night to come home and the speedometer wasn't working, the generator was had low output and the a/c compressor wasn't running. We have been to 3 good mechanics around close and found the wiring diagrams and had an electrical forklift guru go through the diagram and wires on the truck. The generator tests low and replaces it. It was 2 days out of warrenty since the last time it was replaced. The 120a fuselink was blown and replaced. It hasn't blown again, yet. All the mechanics come to the conclusion that the PCM was bad. we replaced it and all is the same. Batteries and cable ends have been replaced.

Any suggestions or other diagnostic info need to help??

Thanks

p.s. I tried to do a search on our problems on here and (not saying the problem hasn't already been discussed) couldn't find anything fitting out problem.
