I think I'm the REAL Cereal Killer :)
Since my wife became a doctor couple years ago a hot meal has been up to me so I succomb to just eating cereal for dinner. At least I chose something good Kashi Cinammon... something, It's good with soy milk, raisins and Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, mmmm.
So eat it for breakfast and dinner a lot.

It bounces around alot from day to day. I try to eat out when I can. and somedays if I have to work long hours I forget to eat completley. But if I'm at home cereal is what it is. It's there, it's quick, and it's easy (just how like my women ironically).Cereal for breakfast and dinner? oh yeah it happens way more than I'd like to admitt. At least you eat the healthy stuff. I move around between corn pops, lucky charms, and reeses peanut butter puffs
