Thinking about a lift
Do you guys think this would be alright?
Skyjacker 5 inch suspension lift (anyone who has experience with these feel free to chime in)
And then I'm debating on wether or not to put in a 3 inch Performace acessories body lift.
I'm probably only going to run 36s at least for the time being because I of the stock halfton axels.
Eventually I'll get some one tons under there.

I was thinking I could probably get away with 36s with just the 5 inch suspension, but if I got the extra flex ability I might as well make the extra room to take advantage of it since bodylifts are cheap anyway.
sounds good but rember the 30" bumper rule with my truck right now im at 24" total lift if i add 2 more im at 26" with my 31 inch tire i have now if i go 34 " tire that will give me 2 1/2 inch of lift im already at 28" from ground to bumper..your 5" susp lift and 3" body wont go over but depends what tire you put on. and what tire doyou have now in size ? for hell sake say you got a 30" tire you want a 36" tire that means you gain 3" ....
If you're going to go with a 5", go with a long arm kit. You'd be happier. I have their 3" kit and 35"s and I'm very happy. But if I went to a 5", I'd go long arm without a doubt. For the SJ kits, you'll replace the polly bushings in the arms every 25,000 miles ($65). If you go superflex and get the heims, you'll replace them in half the time and pay twice the price. They really aren't good for street.
I am not a fan of body lifts.
Just trade it for a newer 2nd gen 2500 and then do your mods if you're going to tires that size.
