just quickly looking at schematics for both circuits.. they dont share anything in common.. so no that wont make the lwindows stop working.. need to pull the panel and back trace.. voltage at the regulator when you push up and down? if so.. regulator is bad.. then check at the switch.. fuse box .. circuit breaker under the hood.. etc..

by the way.. a common thing with ANY power window circuit on any car out there.. in the doors.. there is a plug.. when you open and close the door.. it bends these wires where it connects to the plug on the door .. i just rewired a whole door on a 96 civic yesterday because of this alone.. i usually cut all the wires off of that plug.. remove theother end on the inside of the door.. make my wires longer and hard wire them... make sure you get them hooked up right if this is the issue..

you did blow a fuze.. and for the life of me i cant remember what its named... but its an odd one... a bunch of your interior (and who knows what else) features arnt working ...I think it starts with an I and it is an acronym and its labled with all capital letters....doesnt have an actualwordname to it.... its the only fuze that is ecapsulated with a plastic protectivecover over it..... its a bitch to remove but that should be the one thats blown....its in the interior fuze block..not the PDC under the hood... try that..lemme know how you make out..

easy way to check..the mini fuzes have two exposed metal points where you can tap a multi-mete to and check the continuity so you dont have to try and remove them... test all of them while your at it!
