But how would you find the actual turbo itself? Not the pipin i know someone could make that but what kind of turbo do you go for i have alway seen them for cars rated at psi.... I dont want alot because i dont want to upgrade the engine on the inside, maybe like 4-8 psi would be awesome... Anyone got any links for a turbo that could be used?

There are systems you can install downstream. Check out http://www.ststurbo.com/universal_system there are more kits out there just look around.

Nahhhh, I don't like that STS system, they claim the lag is minimal, but I can't believe it having to push through piping the length of the car.

A turbo system wouldn't be any cheaper having to deal with fuel managment, IC, piping, exhaust, it'd be more complex.

When it's all said and done a turbo charger is going to cost you more, or at least as much as a super charger. a Turbo is just another kind of supercharer, as it is short for "Turbo-super charger". There are much cheaper upgrades out there still if you don't want to fork out that kind of money.

I agree. For the money you'll spend on a Supercharger or turbo (and the neccessary components to makeeither work) you could build a nice motor that puts out plenty naturally aspirated.Only problem is then you'll want more and put induction on what you built.

Someone posted up a vidseveral months ago of some guyswho put a turbo on a 2nd gen Ram. It was pretty fast until they blew it up.It was aprettyf'in funny vid.
