Default Mold growing on Tires

Believe it or not, I have mold that keeps growing on my tires, They are newer Toyo Proxies. I scrub off the mold with a SOS pad and bleech, and it just keeps and keeps comming back, Its been a dry summer too? Any suggestions??

That means you don't drive it enough!!! Hahaa i'd really like to see some pictures... never seen anything quite like this..... Have you tried some of that mold killer you can get at a hardware store?
