WTD....Fresh air intake pic's!!
I'll be making one soon. Padodgeram is hooking me up with an air hat. I plan on doing a cheap DIY but different then these. I just need the hat so I know what size parts I need to pick up
Did someone say fresh air?
This is the inside portion of my scoop project
Heres the heart of the concept. The tray.

Obviously not completly put together, but you get the idea. The foam seals it to the hood when its closed.

Im obviously going to need to relocate the wireing

The outside when complete.

Pritty sure, its about as fresh air as you can get.

Indy,
What do you filter the air with? Is there a filter that fits up in the scoop? The foam is just to keep hot engine air out right?
Also just a curiosity question:Is there such a thing as too much air, or will the PCM figure it out and correct the mixture?
