get a high flow cat...you can get them from jegs or napa or almost any parts supplier. i heard that the magnaflo is the best high flow cat. just what i heard tho, dont have one, so couldn't say for sure.

Go to summitracing.com, they offer a lot of universal fit magnaflow catalytic converters in the size you want. I currently run a 3" si/so magnaflow catalytyic converter that dumps into a single inlet/dual outlet flowmaster SUPER 44 muffler, and to be quite honest, it's the best sounding SUPER 44 exhaust sound i've heard on the internet! ..So given you run straight pipes, I think by either purchasing a magnaflow cat, or just having it removed will liven up your system even more no questions, it sure as hell did for me. And I haven't even installed headers or a cold air intake kit yet, so I can only imagine it will get louder as I replace more of the restrictive components on the truck lol. Also, you can always just have your cat removed, or have it gutted so you can retain the visual appearance of having a catalytic converter, that is if that's your bag hah.
