Default 00 dodge ram 2500 front end noise

Hello, guys and girls.
My ram has 121k miles. When I am stop the truck and turn the wheels to the right (from center to the right), a squeek noise - sounds like something is rubbing - comes from the passenger side front tire, it does not happen when I turn it to the left. If I jack the truck, the noise disapears, I check the upper ball joint by checking for any play sideways and top bottom on the tire, hard solid. I changed the brake pads, the passenger side caliper was badly rusted so I replaced, the hose also had two deformations so I put in a new one. I also replaced the front struts - it leaked oil. Also I lube the front end at every oil change. Please help if you can think of any other way to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you.

Dear Debian,
Thank you for your answer. I went to Napa and got a set of injector needles for my grease gun (part# 700-1193 $5.95). There is a 1/4" space just between the ball joint and the knuckle where you can see the rubber cap for the ball joint, I very carefully inserted the needle and pumped grease there, thank God the noise is gone. There is no play on the tire so I believe I got it just in time for major damage. Thank you very much for your answer.
