Default Question for those that own the Holley Freflo (Same as the Edelbrock Pro-Flo)

I just picked it up at my local Advanced Auto Parts and I have a quick question. How does it mount? Theres no hole through the center for a rod with a wing nut. Would I have to reuse the stock hose clamp on it?

And for some reason my stock airbox is being a bitch to get off. I took it off and put it back on a while ago because it was a bit loose and now I can't get it off. Theres no room to get to the screw at the bottom of the airbox holding it on.

I didn't find it listed online, but here is the Edelbrock version and they look exactely the same:
