Default Prothane or energy sus.How to mesure leaf eye?

I am going to remove the rear (1500 4x4 5.9 from 98) axle to change my bearings.
I think that is a good time to change the buschings on the rear springs.
There are two big suppliers for that : Energy suspension and Prothane bushings.

Wich are better??
I looked on the site of energy suspension the say that there are two types of leaf springs : With 2 1/2” I.D. main eye & 2 1/2” wide spring and
With 1 3/4" I.D. main eye & 2 1/2" wide spring.

I have measured the outside of the spring and I measure 2.6 "?

Thanks and greetings,

Erik.

Didn't you ask this same question over in DTW? LOL I answered it there...use a caliper to measure the ID or OD.
