I have a 02 2500 v10, love my truck, but just this year started to have some electrical problems.
First off once in a while the door lock fuse will blow, have no idea why, and ofcourse with a blow lock fuse the truck will not start.
Second the last week when first starting the truck the headlights will not come on (switch in "on" position) for a few miles.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

You might have a faulty ground somewhere. Check the ground connections on the truck (the wires that are bolted to the frame in various spots). Look for a brokenwire.
