Default lifted truck, need help

I recently bought a 96 RAM 1500 with a 3in. body lift and coil spacers. I've noticed that the front tires are shifted toward the drivers side and stick out farther than the back ones. I'm assuming its because of the body lift, anyone know how I can correct this problem.

when you put coil spacers in the track bar holds the axle a little towards the drivers side. You need a adjustable track bar or a track bar drop bracket.
